Sure, the modeling profession requires less inhibition on the part of its models. After all, being a successful model demands absolute self-confidence, and nothing expresses self-confidence more than being uninhibited in more ways than one.
That being the case, perhaps it’s safe to say that among the most self-confident models working in the industry today are those who are making waves in the adult modeling industry. Adult modeling, obviously enough, is much more risqué than other types of modeling, and therefore needs models who have little or no inhibitions at all in front of an audience or the cameras, who are willing to shed their clothes at the drop of a hat if the job calls for it.
If you’re interested in foraying into the realm of adult modeling, you might want to start out with topless modeling, especially when you’re well-endowed in the chest department. Lots of women have found a great deal of modeling success in this manner, including such names as Keeley Hazell, Katie Price or Jordan, Aria Giovanni, Gemma Atkinson and many more.
But if you’re pretty comfortable with posing in your birthday suit, then a stint as a nude model is a fine way to go. Magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse have featured tons of beautiful women posing with nary a stitch on, and many of them have gone on to pursue careers in other fields. Just ask Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Jenny McCarthy, Victoria Zdrok and all those other women who have graced the pages of the above magazines.
Then again, if you’re a little more adventurous and you see posing in the nude as rather unexciting, then you might want to give the billion-dollar adult entertainment industry a try. Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick and Joanna Angel all tried their hand at expressing and exploring their sensuality on camera, and are now some of the biggest names in the adult entertainment business. These women have also managed to get involved in other mainstream projects, especially the first two, and pretty soon the world will see them as more than just adult film stars.
Of course, you cannot do any of the above if you’re below 18 years old. It’s best that everything about your entry into the adult modeling industry is legal. No one wants a repeat of the case of adult film legend Traci Lords, who made a number of adult films in the 1980s while still underage.
